Gift of Healings and Miracles.

Difference between a Healing and a Miracle?

  • Healing is a process where the cells in the body regenerate and repair themselves, while miracle is a wonderful event occurring in the physical world attributed to supernatural powers.
  • A miracle is an instantaneous work of God, while healing implies a process.
  • The purpose of healing is to recover function of some organ or tissue that the individual already has in his (or her) body, while in the working of miracles there is an instantaneous creative formation of a new organ or tissue, or it happens when something disappears from the body such as a tumour.
